Education is of vital importance in the context of sustainable development of society. It is considered as a powerful tool to promote prosperity by ending poverty and to protect the planetary earth and its rich biodiversity from various undesirable climate changes. The Goal 4 of SDG aims to ensure inclusive and quality education for all and promote lifelong learning. It emphasizes to provide quality education to poor and marginalized to enhance their full potential to become a productive adult and thus break the cycle of poverty.
In such context, there is need of dissemination of knowledge and new ideas to society through journals/periodicals. The journal Educatum: Journal of Education and Behavioural Science has been putting its efforts in this direction since its inception on the year, 2004. It is a peer reviewed journal which aims to foster research, review, policy and scholarly articles in the discipline of education and behavioural science with emphasis on Teacher education to promote sustainable development of society.
